We're well into the 1st school quarter of 2011.

Expanding to two new schools has had it's challenges but we're happy to say that most of the bumps have been worked out.

Life Orientation and Physical Education is fully under-way at all four schools, and our Literacy Programme is running at Perivale Primary School.

Constantia Primary School had their first mini-cricket game of the season and their first victory.

This year we want to focus on fostering school pride, identity and a culture of learning - to this end our staff meet every friday for a team session to evaluate and consider

how to improve. The idea behind this for Bottomup staff to become model teachers in the schools we work.

Our greatest needs at present are funds to implement the other Bottomup  planned programmes at schools and volunteers for the literacy project at Perivale Primary School.
